The Color of Words
Collection of poetic films

The aim is to lead participants through a process of writing and editing, creating links between visual language, image, sound and music.

The aim is also to help participants discover the power and color of words and poetry, by promoting the learning of French language and its correspondences in local languages. They make Christine Coulange's photos their own, expressing themselves to the point of finding precisely what experiences, memories, projections and personal hopes these images activate in them. They also seize on the recurring words of Arthur Rimbaud, the poet-baroudeur of trails and ports who crosses borders.

A collection of poetry booklets is published in conjunction with the films, as part of masterclass in poetic and multimedia writing led by artist Christine Coulange and poet Jean-Louis Rose.
